Before we start our social sustainability journey together, we’ll assess your specific needs and expectations. Based on this quick scan, we’ll pick the best way to work. Typically, FairChange offers the following modalities – if needed, different approaches can be combined:

Plan according to your agenda – Each business and each impact leader is different. That’s why the length and time intensity of my services can be tailored to your needs. Some clients prefer to get the work done in a four-hour session, while others engage with FairChange in extended projects that last several months or even years. Get in touch to discuss the time frame that best suits your business!
Work online or in-person – Depending on where you’re located and your preferred way of working, FairChange services are in-person or online. I’m used to working with clients in different time zones and am happy to adapt to your local agenda. Whenever needed, teammates and partners located on your side of the globe can jump in (and of course, deliver the same quality you can expect from working with FairChange).
Choose your language – FairChange offers services and tools in three working languages: English, Spanish, and Dutch. Whenever needed, research and professional listening in French, German and Italian.
