FairChange consulting builds on the competencies and practices your company already has in place. Leaving capacity installed when the assignment is done is the goal. The tried-and-tested consulting approach I developed for FairChange follows a simple and structured process:

1. Focus

In this initial phase, we’ll define the scope of the assignment. As you’ll probably face a wide variety of challenges related to the social sustainability topic I’ll support you with, it’s key to get clarity on your priority needs. We’ll agree on the outputs, ways of working, and the timeline for delivery

2. Analyse

The work starts with identifying and analyzing existing practices in your organization relevant to the assignment. What are the gaps and opportunities for improvement? This phase also includes an analysis of relevant stakeholders and context

3. Plan

Building on the data collection and assessment, I’ll lay out the steps to get the work done: for instance, the action plan or report outline, depending on the assignment. With your feedback, this will be the framework for implementation and delivery

4. Deliver

Working independently or temporarily assigned to your team, I’ll implement the action plan and deliver the agreed results. If the output is a strategy or a report, there will be a feedback loop and after this concerted dialogue, you’ll receive the final result

In this closing phase, we’ll schedule a final moment where I’ll advise you on your next steps. This will ensure the outcomes of the consultancy are embedded, giving you clarity on how changes and results can be incorporated into your processes
